Judith J. Winters, age 89, of Upper St. Clair, formerly of Annapolis, MD passed away peacefully surrounded by family on Sunday, January 27, 2019. Born on September 3, 1929, she was the daugther of the late Frank and Dorothy Joesting. Beloved wife to Dan Winters for 68 years. Loving mother to Patty (Juan) Varleta, Dan (Elizabeth) Winters, David Winters and Doug Winters. Cherished grandmother to 7 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother Beau Joesting.

Later in life, Judith ran an H & R Block office. Judith enjoyed sailing, puzzles of all kinds, dancing, and gardening. She was also an avid, very competitive, card player of many different games. She also was active with the Upper St. Clair Art League.

Friends will be received Friday, February 1st beginning at 3:15 PM at Friendship Village, 1290 Boyce Road, Upper St. Clair, PA 15241, with a Memorial Service to follow at 4:00 PM. Arrangements have been entrusted to Pittsburgh Cremation and Funeral Care, 3287 Washington Road, McMurray, PA 15317, (724) 260-5546.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made out to Friendship Village TMAF, sent to the above address.
