Karen E. Reese

Karen E. Frederick Reese, 65 of Slippery Rock, PA, passed peacefully in her sleep on Wednesday, December 10, 2025. Karen was born April 24, 1960 in Bristol, PA to the late Ralph A. Frederick, Jr. and Joann Weber Frederick, who survives. She was a graduate of Bel Air High School in Bel Air, Maryland.

Karen is survived by her daughter Megan Marie Lutes (Keith), her granddaughter Arabella “Bella” Lutes of Grove City, PA, and her brother Ralph A. Frederick, III of Kings Mountain, NC. Her sister-in-law Joanie Frederick passed away in 2011.

Karen enjoyed fishing with her daughter, reading, quilting with her mother, she never missed a Bingo game, and her previously owned Rottweilers were always close to her heart. The love of her life was her granddaughter Bella and all the memories they shared as a family with her mother Joann and daughter Megan.

Private arrangements were entrusted to Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care, Robinson Township, PA.
