Kevin Patrick Taylor 68, of Baldwin, PA, passed away peacefully Saturday, August 1, 2026.

Born on January 31, 1958 in Pittsburgh, PA, Kevin was the beloved son of the late Charles and Dorothy Taylor. He is survived by his loving significant other, Tracy O’Connor; his two stepchildren, Lauren and Matthew; and many other family members and friends who will miss him dearly.

He enjoyed reading historical books and taking his dog , Harper, for walks. He also had a love for the Beatles and anything Star Trek.

Kevin will be remembered for the love he shared with his family and friends and the joy he brought to those around him.

Arrangements have been entrusted to Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care, McMurray, PA.

I have tried many times to post this. I'm still in complete shock. My heart is completely shattered by Kevin's passing. He was my mentor and most important my friend. I have looked up to Kevin for many years. He was such a kind gentle soul that led with his heart. Kevin, you helped me through so much during the time I worked under you. I will forever be thankful for you. This world is less beautiful with your soul gone. I will cheer for the Steelers and the Pirates in memory of you. That is unless they are playing the Chiefs or Royals. Until we meet again keep a protective eye over us all. I will be having a little Sheep Dog to celebrate the wonderful memories I have of you and your wonderful life.

Thank you, Kevin, for always believing in me when I didn't think I had anything left in me. For always reminding me that sometimes I need to take a break and put my health first. For motivating me every day to find the positives in life and keep striving to be the best version of MYSELF and allowing me to be a part your team for so many years. You are, were, and will always be ONE OF ONE and I will never forget or take for granted all of the support you have provided me throughout all of life's little obstacles that were thrown my way. I could never thank you enough and I KNOW that you KNEW how much I appreciated you. You will always be missed and truly admired for your compassion for your team and for all of those who had the opportunity to know you. Rest in peace Kevin.
