Kristopher Michael Kehr, 39, of Pittsburgh, PA, passed away on May 21st, 2024. He was the beloved son of Kathleen and Dennis Kehr, the cherished younger brother of Scott, and adored older brother of Nikki. Kris was also the proud uncle of Jameson Scott Kehr and the treasured grandchild of Marlene Busse.

A man of eclectic interests, Kris was passionate about video games, a devoted fan of Godzilla, and had a fondness for graphic T-shirts, which became a signature part of his style. He also had a deep love for reptiles and enjoyed the tranquility of fishing, often finding peace by the water’s edge.

Kris was known for his genuine nature and goofy sense of humor, bringing joy and laughter to those fortunate enough to know him. To know Kris was to love him. His infectious spirit and kind heart will be deeply missed by his friends, family, and all who had the pleasure of crossing his path. His generosity was so profound that he would give the shirt off his back to a stranger in need.

Words cannot describe the immense weight of the loss felt by his friends and family. Kris’s presence brought light and happiness to so many lives, and his memory will forever be cherished.

A memorial service will be held to celebrate Kris’s life and the indelible mark he left on our hearts; the location, date, and time are to be determined.

In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests donations to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation, reflecting Kris’s hope to prevent this illness from impacting others as it did him (https://www2.jdrf.org/site/Donation2?2374.donation=form1&df_id=2374&s_src=jdrf.org&s_subsrc=donateLP&_gl=1*1yxjmsq*_gcl_au*MTU1ODMzNzYyMS4xNzE2NzYwODk5&_ga=2.4901430.406793778.1716760899-652802107.1716760899).

Rest in peace, Kris. You will always be remembered with love and fondness.
