Linda J. Danihel

Linda Joyce Danihel, age 79, of Bethel Park, formerly of Wexford, passed away peacefully on April 20, 2026.

Born on April 18, 1947, she was the beloved daughter of the late Paul G. Staab, Sr. and Delores (Wasser) Staab.

Linda was the beloved wife of William “Bill” Danihel, and her passing came just days short of their 54th wedding anniversary—a testament to a lifetime of love and devotion shared together.

Above all, Linda cherished her family. She was the loving mother of John Paul (Sara Pinney), Benjamin, and Christopher (Jessica), and a devoted grandmother to Ian, Clive, Colton, Reagan, who brought her endless joy. She was also the cherished sister of Carol Winterhalter, Paula (Lou) Musgrove, and Paul Staab, Jr.

Linda had a deep love for the outdoors and found beauty in nature all around her. She especially enjoyed gardening and flowers, and took great joy in the peace and wonder of the natural world. Some of her happiest moments were spent with family at Youghiogheny Lake, where she loved boating, water sports, and making treasured memories together on the water.

Linda will be remembered for her warmth, her gentle spirit, and the love she poured into her family and the life she built with Bill. Her presence brought comfort and joy to those who knew her, and she will be deeply missed.

A celebration of Linda’s life will be held at a later date. Arrangements were entrusted to Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care, McMurray, PA.
