Louis M. Labyoda, 69, of South Park, formerly of Brentwood, passed away peacefully on February 24, 2026.
Born December 13, 1956, in Pittsburgh, he was the son of the late Louis and Mary Labyoda.
He was the beloved husband of Barbara A. Labyoda (Bittel), devoted father of Scott (Caitlin) Labyoda, and proud grandfather of McKinley and Ledger Labyoda. He was also the loving brother of Christine (Jerry) Eyth and is survived by many nieces and nephews.
Louis loved spending time on the baseball field coaching his son Scott and was known as “Big Lou” to the many players he mentored. An avid fisherman, he enjoyed countless days on the water with family and friends and cherished trips to Deep Creek Lake, Conneaut Lake, and Pymatuning State Park. Affectionately known as “Louie” or “Screwy Louie,” he will be remembered for his larger-than-life personality and the way he could light up a room. He will be dearly missed.
All arrangements were entrusted to Pittsburgh Cremation and Funeral Care.
