Louise Rohrkaste Burroughs

Louise Rohrkaste Burroughs, age 90 of Scott Twp., formerly of Peters Twp. and Washington, PA passed away peacefully on September 29, 2017.

She was the beloved wife of the late Russell A. Burroughs; loving mother of Randy (Mary Helen), Heather (John) Vaccaro, Sharon Irwin, Becky (Mark) Schreiber and Barbara (James) Textoris; Proud grandmother of 11 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren.

Along with being a devoted mother, she held various secretarial jobs including Executive Secretary for the Chancelor at the University of Pittsburgh, and then for a local entreprenor.  She enjoyed playing bridge with friends, traveling the world and deeply loved spending time with her ever growing family.
