M. Kathleen Grundza, 77 of West View, passed away Sunday, November 21, 2021. She was born in Pittsburgh on October 14, 1944 and is the daughter of the late Andrew and Edna Victoria Grundza. Beloved sister of Sandra Schafer and the late Robert and George Grundza; aunt of Andrew (Crystal) Schafer; great-aunt of Mackenzie and Aleksey. Kathy was a devoted member and secretary of #1634 Fraternal Order of Eagles in Verona. Friends are welcome on Saturday, December 11, 2021 from 2 pm until the time of service at 3 pm at Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care, 5405 Steubenville Pike, Robinson Township, PA 15136.

I think of the times we shared as Seasons. Spring time we spent graduating from High School. Fun filled days filled with happy go lucky laughter. Summer came and we got jobs, went on great trips. You were my Maid of Honor and God Mother to Greg. Happy trips we shared to the beach. Autum came and we enjoyed all the special occassions that bring famiy and freinds together. You were there for my mother when George was ill and I could not be at her side.Now this is the Winter of our lives. You followed me to North Carolina so I would not go into an empty house when George passed. Little did I know that we would have so little time left to enjoy together.
