Marcella “Toots” Castor

Marcella “Toots” Castor, 89, of Bethel Park, passed away peacefully on July 13, 2024.

Marcella was born in Pittsburgh, PA, on September 8, 1934

Marcella was the beloved wife of the late James W. Castor, a loving mother to Terry Adkins, Ron (Jane) Castor, and Linda (Terri) Castor, a beloved grandmother to Holly Ulakovic and Brenda (Chris) Samios, cherished great-grandmother to Zach (Nicole) Ulakovic, Sarah (Tim) Ulakovic, Hannah (Caleb) Smith, Veronica Adkins, and Vanessa Samios and dear sister to Joan “Hut” Campbell, Georgette “Red” Hamilton, John Cushey, Tim Cushey, and Jerry “Zeke” Cushey. Marcella is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Marcella was preceded in death by her brothers, Norman Cushey and Robert “Cocky” Cushey

Marcella had many talents, but she excelled at gardening and cooking. She also loved to collect owls, but her favorite hobby was calling Hut. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

All services will be private; arrangements have been entrusted to Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care, McMurray, PA
