Margaret Marie Burianek, age 96, of Robinson Township, passed away peacefully on January 23, 2026. Born May 4, 1929, in Pittsburgh, Margaret was the beloved daughter of the late David and Caroline Winning and the devoted wife of the late Frank W. Burianek, Jr.

Margaret was a devoted wife, loving mother, and the heart of her family. She found great joy in caring for those she loved and expressed that love most often through her cooking and baking, filling her home with warmth, comfort, and cherished family traditions. Her kitchen was a place where memories were made and bonds were strengthened.

She was the last surviving member of five sisters and was preceded in death by her sisters, Virginia Kowatic, Carol Whitley, Maxine Whitaker, and Diana Schultz.

Margaret was the loving mother of David F. (Kris) Burianek and the late Cindy (Vince) Kushner. She was a proud and devoted grandmother to Frank Burianek, Renae (Nathan) McDowell, Vince Kushner, Dave (Tammy) Burianek, and Andy (Shelly) Burianek. She was also blessed with nine great-grandchildren and five great-great-grandchildren, each of whom brought her immense joy. Margaret is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Friends will be received on Wednesday, January 28, 2026, from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. at Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care, 5405 Steubenville Pike, Robinson Township, PA 15136. A service will be held on Thursday at 11:00 a.m.at the funeral home, followed by burial at Union United Presbyterian Church Cemetery.

Margaret will be remembered for her gentle spirit, her unwavering devotion to family, and the love she shared so freely throughout her long and meaningful life.
