Marjorie M. Hauer, age 85, of Washington, passed away peacefully on December 8, 2025.
Born on April 3, 1940, in Washington, Marjorie was the daughter of the late Leo and Opal Barnhart.
Marjorie was the cherished wife of the late Terry Hauer; beloved mother of Melissa (David) Ingram, William “Chris” (Lori) Crow, Fern Crow, Noah Crow, and two children who preceded her in death. She was a loving grandmother to Joe (Nicole) Arroyo, Steven (Jessica) Arroyo, Raymon Ingram, Jessica (Matt) Yost, Rachel Farrister, Summer Crow, and the late Anthony Arroyo, whose surviving spouse is April. She was also blessed with many great-grandchildren who brought her tremendous joy. Marjorie is survived as well by her dear sister, Betty (the late Arthur “Archie”) Torboli and brother, Leo Barnhart, along with cherished nieces and nephews.
A devoted housewife, mother, and grandmother, Marjorie found fulfillment in caring for her family. She enjoyed watching television, working on puzzles, and spending time with the people she loved most. For many years, she proudly served as a soldier of the Salvation Army, living her life with faith, compassion, and dedication to others.
Marjorie will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.
A celebration of life will be held on December 20, 2025, at 1:00 p.m. at Cokeburg Presbyterian Church, 104 Washington Street, Cokeburg, PA 15324.
