Mark John Dubich Jr., age 76, of Bethel Park, passed away peacefully on August 23, 2022.
Born on September 3, 1945, he was the son of the late Mark and Bertha Dubich.
He was the beloved husband of the late Judith Dubich for 48 years; loving father of Jeffery (Jamie) Dubich, Matthew (Rachel) Dubich and Amanda (Tom) Constantin; cherished grandfather of Jakob, Lukas, Jaxon, Annie, Emma, Zack, and Izzy; dear brother of Dede (David) Emery, the late Mary Ann Horn, Joan Buehler, Theresa Kyle and Margaret Balach; brother in law of Ginny Mickitsch; survived by faithful companion Gracie and many nieces and nephews.

Mark was an avid Pittsburgh Steeler and Penn State fan. He enjoyed traveling with his wife to Key West and Las Vegas. He was always the life of the party, he loved music, dancing and casinos. He was a longtime member of St. Val’s Church in Bethel Park. He’ll be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

A Memorial Mass will be held on September 24, 2022 at 10:30 am at St. Louise de Marillac, 320 McMurray Rd., Pittsburgh, PA 15241.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made in his name to Humane Society, 1527 PA-136, Eighty Four, PA 15330.

We all lost a wonderful man yesterday. Mark was one of the finest men that I've had the pleasure to be friends with. First Judy passing about 1.5 yrs. ago and now Mark is gone. Our condolences go to Jeff, Matt and Amanda and their families. They have done a terrific job in taking care of their father and seeing that he was loved and cared for. I'm sure the grandchildren will miss going in the hot tub with their grandpa. He even let our grandkids and their friends come over and go in and then he'd play the disco ball and music!! Loved by all! There's a hole in my heart not having them around. Please ask for help if any of you grown kids need it. Known you guys for 46 years!!

Brother-in-law Mark, fitted out with his best wedding hat, announces to my daughter's amused guests: "Steeler Nation is in the House!" Then - schooled(Penn State) in party attention-getting - performs a near-perfect Forward Roll, in the midst of the gatherers. It's likely, spinning in the background, was one his favorite Porky "Boss Man" Chedwick tunes. And the party was started! Mark's infamous party achievements were only eclipsed by his unbelievable heart. Anybody that knew him for just a moment, knew Love. Like the earlier commenter said, rarely have I seen a more fantastic man. In fact I can't think of anyone right now. His only knock was his choice of colleges (said dutifully by a Pitt man) Our family, his friends, the whole world were enriched beyond telling with Mark's presence in our lives. We will miss him dearly and the only relief we have is he is resting in Jesus' arms right now, saving space for us in Heaven's party. We love you, Brother! David and Dede Emery Family

Mark was a great man and I was happy to become friends with his kids Matt and Amanda and their husbands and wives Rachel and Tom. We all went to school together and growing up had lots of fun memories at the Dubichs. I often drove by over the years and saw Judy or Mark walking their beloved pugs around the neighborhood. Mark even helped me get tires for my car in high school and Matt was my first roommate at Penn state and himself and Judy helped us get settled. Recently I had the opportunity to reconnect with Matt and got to go over and watch a few ballgames with Mark and Matt and the pug. Just the 4 of us. Very nice man and we certainly enjoyed a good laugh and talking sports! My condolences to the entire Dubich family and grandchildren.
