Mary Camp Petruso

Mary C. Petruso, age 91, of Bethel Park formerly of Naples, FL passed away peacefully with her family by her side on January 23, 2020.

Born on April 17. 1928, she was the daughter of the late Mary and Thomas Camp.

She was the beloved wife of the late Dominick Russel Petruso for 56 years; loving mother of Mary Lou Petruso (Whit) Ward, Frank (Patty) Petruso, Ginger (Rich) Tracey, Beth (Bill) Schneider and Kathy (Frank) Puskarich; cherished grandmother of 13 grandchildren and 18 great grandchildren; also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Mary was the youngest child and had four older brothers and one older sister: the late Raymond Campensa, Hubert Campensa, Michael Camp, Robert Camp and Virginia Bracken who was her best friend and loving sister.

She enjoyed bowling, golfing and playing Bridge.  Her home was always full of love with great meals and fresh baked goodies that were waiting for guests who were always welcome.  She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

Family and friends are welcome Sunday, January 26, 2020 from 2-6 pm at Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care, 3287 Washington Rd., McMurray, PA 15317, 724-260-5546.  A Mass of Christian will be held on Monday, January 27, 2020 at 10 am at St. Benedict of Abbot Church, 120 Abington Dr., McMurray, PA 15317. Burial will follow at Queen of Heaven Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Sister of the Divine Redeemer Motherhouse, 999 Rock Run Road, Elizabeth, PA 15037, 412-751-8600, www.divine-redeemer-sisters.org or the charity of your choice.
