Mike was a good friend and valued colleague to those of us in the U.S. Attorney's Office and throughout the Western Pennsylvania law enforcement community. It was a pleasure to work closely with him on many projects and issues. Sincere condolences to Charmaine, his children, and entire family. We have lost a wonderful human being and a dedicated public servant. He will be very much missed.

I can’t properly express how much Mike means to me. The vacations with family, golfing, dinners and card games I will surely miss, but that fun loving spirit and sense of humor I will miss the most. You truly were a brother to me and I will always treasure our friendship and the many fond memories we made together. You and Charmaine raised a beautiful family, and gave Tyler and Jenna all of your love and guidance to raise their wonderful families. I’m so thankful our wives met and brought us together, I know sometimes we drove them crazy with our shenanigans but we wouldn’t have it any other way. Charmaine, I can’t thank you enough for reaching out to me so that I could say our goodbyes before he passed. I’m so touched that you would think of me during this trying time. It’s just more evidence of how special you both are. Love you both, and Pal, I’ll see you later!

Wonderful husband, father and neighbor. I will personally never forget his calming presence as i waited for the local police to arrive early one morning. Our young grandaughter accidently locked the car door from the inside. Mike kept us calm and had a sweet conversation through her car window til they arrived a few mins later. Rest in peace, Mike. Charmaine and family - So sorry for your incredible loss. He took all your love with him. 🙏💞
