Nancy Campbell Boyd

On Saturday August 13 Nancy Campbell Boyd of Bethel Park entered the Church Triumphant after an extended illness. Nancy was a devoted wife to John for 52 years. She was a loving mother to their son Steve. Nancy was a very special friend to Marissa (Jesse) Sherrill and their 4 daughters. She was preceded in death by her parents Sam and Ruth Campbell. In addition to her husband and son, she is survived by her brother Donald Campbell (Peg) and her nephew, Scott. Their many family pets were a joy and comfort in her life. She loved being in the peace and quiet of their cabin home at Deep Creek.

Nancy was a dedicated 2nd and 4th grade teacher in the Carlynton School District for 34 years. She was a member of Hamilton Presbyterian Church in Bethel Park where she volunteered at VBS and joyfully sang in the church choir. Nancy and John were 30-year members of the St. Andrews Society of Pittsburgh.

Visitation at Hamilton Presbyterian Church, 4500 Hamilton Rd, Bethel Park, PA 15236 on Thursday August 18 at 10:00-11:30 AM, Memorial Service at 11:30 AM, lunch afterwards.
