Nancy J. Love

Nancy J. Love, age 84, of Kennedy Township, formerly of Sheraden, passed away on January 28, 2026.

Nancy was the beloved wife of the late Herschel D. Love. She was born on September 17, 1941, in Sikeston, Missouri, and was the daughter of the late Mary and Samuel Sutton.

She was a loving and devoted mother to Tracy (Vince) Sorco, Christopher (Tracey) Love, and Leslie (Darrell) Young. Nancy was a cherished sister of Leta Faye Vandemark and sister-in-law of Phyllis Sieger. She was preceded in death by her siblings, Ima Jean Belser and Doyle Sutton, as well as her brothers-in-law, Rob Sieger and Ray Vandemark.

Nancy took great pride in her role as grandmother to Carly (Colin) Baker, Anthony (Brittany) Sorco, Brian (Noelle) Love, Joshua Love, Dalton Young, and Brooklyn Young, and she was joyfully awaiting the arrival of her first great-grandchild. She is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

Nancy enjoyed golfing, sewing, and cooking, and she especially loved shopping at Kaufmann’s when it was still around. She found joy in watching Netflix, eating sweets, going on cruises, and spending time with her family. Known for her strong personality, Nancy was always honest and never afraid to speak her mind—qualities that those who loved her will fondly remember.

Nancy will be deeply missed by her family and all who knew her.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Wednesday, February 4, 2026 from 5:00 pm – 8:00 pm at Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care, 5405 Steubenville Pike, Robinson Township, PA 15136. A private burial will be held at a later date.

In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Parkinson’s Foundation in Nancy’s memory.
