Nicholas V. Meduho Jr. age 55 of Mt. Lebanon passed away suddenly of cardiovascular disease on Thursday, October 26, 2017.

Born on November 18, 1961, he was the loving son of Nicholas V. Meduho Sr. and the late Dolores (Reidenbaugh) Meduho.

Beloved brother of Beth (Rick) Magyan;  dear uncle of Richard Magyan; nephew of Sophie Foster and Vincent N. Meduho; also survived by many cousins.

Nick graduated from Mt. Lebanon High School in 1980. After graduating he worked at Green Tree Hardware for many years. He was mechanically inclined and specialized in lawn equipment and computers. He had the amazing ability to not only fix computers but he could build them from scratch. Nick had a successful lawn care business and went above and beyond to satisfy his customers. He was a long time advisor for Primerica Financial Services and helped many people build their investment portfolios.
When Nick was younger he loved participating in motocross races winning many trophies.  He was a member and devoted treasurer of District 5 American Motorcycle Association. Nick enjoyed biking and especially fishing at Canonsburg Lake.
Nick possessed an unwavering inner strength remaining always true to his convictions and beliefs in spite of any challenge or adversity. He was a thoughtful, loyal, generous and kind person and would do anything to help his family and friends. He will be greatly missed.

Nick was such a good friend. He was respectful, believed in open and honest government, and had a heart of gold. Mr. Meduho and Beth, I am so very sorry.

Nick was a great community leader! He spoke truth to power, but did it with a steady, classy, spirit. I will always remember how well-informed, fearless, and caring he was. His leadership legacy will live on...

Our deepest sympathy for your loss. Nick took care of our lawn for the last several years; he did such a beautiful job and was so conscientious in his work. So pleasant and professional to deal with. May he rest in peace.

We share your shock and grief over the sudden death of your dear Nick. Many of us were privileged to have worked side by side with him in his efforts at holding our public officials accountable, and we always found him to be well-armed with facts and most respectful in his countless public presentations. His voice will be most sorely missed. More than that, though, he will be most sorely missed. Nick was a kind and caring person, willing to lend a hand when he knew of needs. Those of us who worked with Nick on projects have lost far more than a comrade...we have lost a friend. Elaine Gillen, probably closest to him in our group, said it so well: Nick did have a heart of gold. We are all so very sorry about your loss.
