Patrick M. Gallagher

Patrick M. Gallagher, age 38, of Moon Township was born December 24, 1983 and passed away unexpectedly on Monday, February 21, 2022. Beloved father of Austin; also survived by dear friend (Austin’s mother) Heidi Marie Dierdorf; loving son of Tammy and Patrick Gallagher; brother of Edward, Zachary, and Meghanne Gallagher; uncle of Cadence Brooks; grandson of Joseph P. and Teresa M. Gallagher and Edward L. and Clytie M. Glancy. Loved by many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. Patrick was employed by PAHrtners Deaf Services. He was a student at Carlynton Elementary School from 1990-1996 and also a Moon Area student from 1996-2000. Patrick attended Community College of Allegheny County 2015-2018. Family and friends will gather on Saturday, March 5, 2022 from 1:00-5:00pm at Pittsburgh Cremation and Funeral Care 5405 Steubenville Pike Robinson Township, PA 15136.
