Pauline A. Montanile 89, a lifelong resident of Leetsdale, passed away on Saturday, December 3, 2022 to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. She was born on April 4, 1933, to the late Anton and Anna Beley Mahnick Saganowski.
Preceding her in death were siblings Katherine Mitchell, Mary Majetic, Anna Falarski, Rose Brown, Stephen Mahnick, Helen Firko and daughter Diane Montanile Madden.
She is survived by her loving husband of 68 years, Victor Montanile, two daughters Theresa (Tim) Montanile Bernadowski of Virginia, Karen (Reed) Sourbeer of Upper St. Clair and grandchildren Timothy (Samantha) Bernadowski of Ohio, Caitlin (Alex) Breindel of New Jersey, Joshua (Blayr) Sourbeer of Washington, Jessica Sourbeer of Washington D.C. and great grandchildren Arya Rey Sourbeer and Jetidiah Briendel. As per Pauline’s request, there will be no viewing. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at Good Samaritan Church, 725 Glenwood Avenue, Ambridge on Monday December 12. Friends wishing to comfort the family will be received 30 minutes prior to the 11:00 mass. Private interment will follow at St. Peter & Paul Cemetery in Economy.
