Mrs Kemper and family, So sad to hear the news. Mr. Kemper was loved by all who knew him, and I am thankful to have had his and Mrs. Kemper's influence in my life. God bless you all.

To The Kemper Family, Joan and I just learned of Richards death. We extend our sympathy. Although we have not seen you for many years, we often think of you. It is well known that Richard was an excellent teacher. He was a valued member of our faculty, a good friend, and a person who earned the respect of many, many, people. Mansfield University was fortunate to have two "Kempers" as members of our faculty. Rod Kelchner

Mrs. Kemper, Our sincere sympathy. Richard & I met at Pastor Merry’s combined choir installation. We shared many discussions over Panera soup-sandwich lunches: grand kids, church, schools , music . . . Sigh. . . Great memories of a great friend.
