I am saddened to hear of Rich's passing. He was formerly our organist at Wallace Memorial Presbyterian Church (now Unity), and during the short time I knew him there, I came to respect his profound knowledge of music, his ability to bring joy to his work, and his unfailing good humor. He was a wonderful person, and he will be missed by many.

I first met Rich when he took the Southwest Deanery Choir to sing at the Basilica in Wash.D.C. He changed my life in 1993 when he had me sing in concerts and in Europe. Fantastic organist, dear friend, such a loss. See you in Heaven someday.

May Rich rest in the hands of the LORD and his magnificent music play throughout heaven for ever. Hugs from Uncle LARRY and all the good food from Pasta Pitta.

I was so saddened to hear about Rich's passing. He was an amazing musician and I enjoyed working with him. He and I worked together quite a bit and collaborated on many things when I worked at Bishop Canevin HS. I list track of him after he left HT. I was never able to reach him after that and I asked everyone who I thought might know of his whereabouts and no one had any information. I will always have great memories of our music work together. He was one of a kind. He will be missed by many.
