Robert Edward Oberley

Robert Edward Oberley “Pee Wee”, age 76, of Cecil, PA passed away on Monday, September 14, 2020. Born on July 6, 1944, he was the son of the late George and Ester V. Oberely. Beloved husband to Valerie L. Oberley. Loving father to Leighanna (Greg) Jacobs, 4 grandchildren, Diana (Jonathan) Clark, 3 grandchildren and Gabriel Oberley Patrick (Colleen) Oberley, 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren, Mark (Vitudes) Oberley, 2 grandchildren, Kelly (Joe) Oberley and 3 grandchildren, Robert (Alyssa) Sean Oberley, 10 grand children, 11 great grandchildren and 1 on the way, Jennifer Oberley, 2 grandchildren, 1 great grandchild and 1 on the way, Tammy Oberley, Wayne Oberley, and Bobby Jr Oberley. Loving brother to George “Buddy” M. Oberley, Anne Campbell, Rodney Oberley.

Robert enjoyed fishing, camping with family, watching sunsets and sunrises, the beach, watching football and playing golf. He loved Jesus and his church family at New Life Fellowship in Bridgeville, PA where he will be dearly missed. Robert also enjoyed collecting maps and brochures from places that he visited, but he most importantly cherished the time he spend with his grandchildren. He will be dearly missed by all.

Burial will take place at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies with full military honors. Arrangements have been entrusted to Pittsburgh Cremation and Funeral Care, 3287 Washington Road, McMurray, PA 15317, (724) 260-5546.
