Robert Lee Pruett, Jr., age 58 of Pittsburgh, PA formerly of Boswell, PA passed away with loved ones by his side on November 12, 2022. Born on June 28, 1964, he is the son of Sunny and the late Bob Pruett. Loving father of Rob (Julie) Pruett, Rachel (Darren) Masters and Jonathan (Abbie) Pruett. Cherished Pap-Pap of Eleanor and Isla. Loving brother of Steve (Karla), Chad (Jennifer), and Kiersten (Cortney). He will also be missed by many nieces, nephews and friends.
Rob was preceded in death by his sister, Erin.

After high school, Rob went and proudly served in the United States Marine Corp both domestically and abroad. After his service in the military, he devoted his life to raising his 3 wonderful children as well always being a support system to his extended family. Most recently, Rob took pride in being a Pap-Pap to his grandchildren with whom he loved to spend time with.  To his dismay, he never got to see the Cleveland Browns win a Super Bowl.  Rob will be dearly missed by all who knew and loved him.

I remember being invited as their neighbor, I was about the same age as Robert’s oldest son Rob to throw football in our adjoining backyards. I always had fun being able to hangout with the Pruett’s. My condolences to his family, may he rest peacefully and watch over his family and friends from the heavens above.
