Robert Roger Kronz

Robert Roger Kronz, of Eighty Four, PA, passed away peacefully on August 30, 2024, at the age of 84. Born on August 16, 1940, he was the beloved son of the late Catherine and Edward Kronz.

Roger was the devoted husband of Carol Jean Kronz, with whom he shared a loving and steadfast marriage of 66 years. Together, they built a life filled with love, laughter, and cherished memories. Roger’s life revolved around his family, who were his greatest source of happiness and joy.

He was the loving father of Dennis (Donna) Kronz and Judith (Tim) Capra, and a cherished grandfather to Natalie (Nick) Parris, Andrew (Lisa) Kronz, Timothy Capra (JC Simboro), and Kacy (Ben) Baratko. Roger was also a proud great-grandfather to Brady, Blake, and AJ. He was a dear brother to Barbara Kronz, and his family meant everything to him.

Roger’s warmth, kindness, and dedication to his family were evident to all who knew him. Roger spent his career as a dedicated member of Steamfitters Local #449. He was a proud member of the F.O.A.C., where he was known for his steadfast principles and commitment to the values he held dear.

Roger’s memory will forever be a blessing to his family, friends, and all who had the honor of knowing him. He leaves behind a legacy of love, dedication, and strength that will be carried on by those who loved him most.

Family and Friends are welcome for a visitation on Thursday, September 5, 2024 from 3:00 to 7:00 pm at Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care, 3287 Washington Road, McMurray, PA 15317. A Blessing service will take place at 9:00 am on Friday September 6, 2024 at the funeral home.
