Roger V. Riggs, Jr –

Went to be with the Lord on October 11, 2022.  He was born July 16, 1956, in Lake Charles, Louisiana to the late Roger V. Riggs, Sr, and his surviving mother, Martha L. Riggs of Washington, PA.

At the request of the deceased, there will be no public visitation.  Roger V. Riggs, Jr was preceded in death by his father, Roger V. Riggs, Sr. of Washington, PA.  He is survived by his life partner, John K. Nusser, and his three brothers, Dennis Riggs of Pittsburgh, PA, David (Becca) Riggs of Huntsville, AL, and Darren (Jennifer) Riggs, Washington, PA, and nieces Samantha (Riggs) Birdsall and Megan of Wellsville, WV.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions can be made to the Living Waters Church of God, 965 Weirich Ave, Washington, PA 15301.
