Rose Martha Arlin

Rose Martha Arlin (12/26/30 – 5/15/2020)

Martha passed away peacefully in Pittsburgh, PA where she was born.   She was married to A.L. Arlin, (deceased).  She was the daughter of Theodore and Mary Demianczyk of Pittsburgh PA.

She leaves behind a daughter Myra Lynn Bailey OH (Larry), Roxanne Holloman (Phil), NC five grandchildren;

LauraLynn Christner OH, Zak Bailey OH, Alex Bailey OH, Neil Frederick FL(Kathy) and Ty Frederick NC (Becky), seven great grandchildren, Trina Ellis, Samuel Ellis, Tennessee Ellis, Skyler Christner, Taylor Christner, Asher Frederick, and Annabelle Frederick.

She leaves three sisters; Eve Genday PA (Bill Hawrelak, deceased) (Bob deceased), Dorothy Sersevic PA (Bernie), Pauline Geraci WVA. Siblings Theodore Demianczyk (deceased) (Anne) PA, and Mary Patricia Lewandowski (deceased) (John)PA.

Twelve nephews and nieces;  David Hawrelak, Cindy Gormley (Jim), Theodore Demianczyk III, Dawn Ann Ringes (Mark), Dana Lacek (Mike), Bernie Sersevic (Sherrie), Pamela Heck, Paul Lewandwoski, Adam Lewandowski (Debbie), J.W. Lewandowski, Nicole Boman, and Spencer Geraci.

Rose Martha loved doing things with her grandchildren and great grandchildren and taking them places.  She also had a green thumb which she got honestly from her namesake, her grandmother Martha Demianczyk who taught her all about gardening and growing plants and vegetables.

For years she and A.L. and the family traveled all over the country from coast to coast mostly camping. Over her work career she held many positions after the Air Force, including a telephone operator, but the job she retired from was Income Maintenance Caseworker with the State of Pennsylvania.

She was in the Air Force when she met A.L. and a date to be determined in August we plan to have a small military service at Allegheny National Cemetery in Pittsburgh PA .
