Rosemarie A. Mattison

Rosemarie Ann Mattison, 91, of Wexford, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully, surrounded by her loving family, on November 12, 2025.

Born on December 26, 1933, in Easton, PA, she was the daughter of the late George and Marie Blundin. Rosemarie was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Franklin S. Mattison in 2012.

A devoted mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, Rosemarie is survived by her children Mark (Peggy) Mattison, Melanie Kelm, and Melissa Norris; grandchildren Kelli (Pete) Linehan, Michael (Molly) Mattison, Jack (Leah) Kelm, Rob Norris, Samantha (Vipin) Philip, and Jake Norris; and great-grandchildren Mattison, Finn, Cooper, Ruth, Anna, and Juliet.

Rosemarie was known for her warmth, kindness, and unwavering love for her family. She was a devoted middle school teacher for many years, and afterwards enjoyed a successful career as a real estate agent, where she built lasting relationships through her professionalism and caring nature. In her free time, she found great joy in reading, gardening, and traveling—always eager to explore new places and experiences.

Her family and friends will remember her for her gentle spirit, her sharp wit, and the deep love she shared with those fortunate enough to know her.

A comital service will be held later at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies. Arrangements were entrusted to Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care, Robinson Township, PA.
