Russell “Russ” Keith Wilk

Russell “Russ” Keith Wilk, age 67 of McMurray, PA passed away after a battle that he was winning with colon cancer but an unexpected complication arose and took his life suddenly on May 18, 2021. Born on September 20, 1953, he was the son of Nancy and the late James Wilk. Beloved husband to Dianne Wilk for 47 years. Loving father to Rhianna and Katerina.

Russ attend Keystone Oaks High School and graduated from Chartiers Valley High School 1973. In 1974, he married the love of his life, Dianne and raised two beautiful daughters, Rhianna and Katerina. Russ was a diesel mechanic at Allegheny Ford Trucks until the end. He loved his motorcycle and his Jeep and rode off to heaven on his Harley. He will be dearly missed by all.

Family and friends are welcome on Monday, May 24, 2021 from 2 PM – 4 PM and 6 PM – 8 PM at Pittsburgh Cremation and Funeral Care, 3287 Washington Road, McMurray, PA 15317, (724) 260-5546. A blessing service will be held on Tuesday, May 25, 2021 at 10 AM at the funeral home.

Dear Dianne and family, I was so sad to hear about Russell. Your heart must greave so much. I know how much you meant to each other. He often spoke about you and the girls. Although, God took him away from you way to soon,how fortunate that you found the love of your life for forty-seven years. I know words cannot heal your pain. Russell was more than a customer to me , he was a trusted friend. I will especially miss his great sense of humor and smile. Unfortunatly, I will not be able to make it to the visitation as I am on a family vacation in North Carolina. Please give me a call as we discussed when you see fit . Again , my thoughts and prayers are with you.
