Ruth Kuhlber

Ruth B. Kuhlber, 92, of the Masonic Village at Sewickley, formerly of Moon Township, passed away after an extended illness June 26, 2022.  She was the beloved wife of the late John W. (Jack) Kuhlber.  Ruth was born in Swissvale on December 4, 1929, to the late Marie and Irwin Bissinger.  She was the loving mother of Maryellen K. (William) Brazelton, and cherished grandmother of Alexandra and Kaelyn Brazelton, all of the Pittsburgh area.

Ruth worked for many years at the Pittsburgh-Des Moines Steel Company.  She enjoyed traveling, card games, the Pittsburgh Penguins, and her dachshunds. Ruth was a member of the Order of Eastern Star, and was past president of the North Hills Women’s Club.  Ruth’s artistic abilities earned her several awards in painting competitions.

Inurnment of Ruth and Jack at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies will be on July 8, 2022 at 11 AM.  Arrangements have been entrusted to Pittsburgh Cremation and Funeral Care, 3287 Washington Road, McMurray, PA 15317
