Sarah Anne Jones

Sarah Anne Jones, age 79 of Pittsburgh formerly of State College, PA and Hazleton, PA passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 21, 2017.

Born on March 31, 1937 in Hazleton, PA, she was the daughter of the late Fern and William Williams. 

Beloved wife of the late Loyal Dwain Jones; loving mother of Kimberly (Allen Sr.) Fisher, Pamela (the late Brian) Frey and Lisa (Vernon) Zweifel; adored grandmother of Michael, Nicole, Amanda, Sarah, Randi, Shannon, Amber, Allen Jr., Matthew, Vernon, Eric, Maria and Adreanna; cherished great grandmother of Aydin, Devlynne, Fyrn, Alicia, Daniel, Zechariah, David, Riley, Bryan, Sophya and Milez; dear sister of Joseph Williams and the late Shirley Cacioppo; also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Sarah was a woman of strong faith and was active with The United Methodist Women.

As per her wishes, the family will have a graveside service on April 15, 2017 at 11 am at Mountain View Cemetery, West Hazleton, PA 18201.  Funeral arrangements are entrusted to Cremation & Funeral Care, 3287 Washington Rd., McMurray, PA 15317, 724-260-5546.
