Sylvia Pan, M.D.

Sylvia Pan, M.D., age 99 of Upper St. Clair, died Friday, June 14, 2019. She was born January 22, 1920 in Shanghai, China and is the wife of the late CY Chang. Sylvia was a pathologist for many years at UMPC Presbyterian. She spent the last fourteen years at Friendship Village where she had many friends.
