Tammy S. Buchanan

Tammy Sue Buchanan, age 63, of Moon Township, passed away on November 25, 2024. She was born on November 1, 1961, in Rochester, Pennsylvania, the daughter of the late Lawrence P. Buchanan and the late Madeline Karen Mueller.

Tammy was a devoted mother to her beloved daughter, Samantha (Joseph) Radzanowski. She was also a proud grandmother to three grandchildren: Jonathan (Normagien), Nicholas, and Michaela, as well as a great-grandmother to three great-grandchildren: Brantley, Declan and Granger. Tammy cherished the time spent with her family, and her love and devotion will be remembered by all who knew her.

She is also survived by her brother, Lawrence (Tina) P. Buchanan II, as well as her nephews, who will deeply miss her.

A memorial service to honor Tammy’s life will be announced at a later date.

She will be greatly missed by her family, friends, and all who had the privilege of knowing her.
