Terry J. Adkins

Terry J. Adkins, age 72, of Bethel Park, PA, passed away peacefully on July 14, 2026.

Born on March 18, 1954, in Pittsburgh, PA, Terry was the beloved daughter of the late James and Marcella Castor.

Terry’s life was centered around her family—those she loved most. She was a devoted mother, sister, and grandmother whose family brought her immeasurable happiness. She took great pride in her children and grandchildren and treasured the time spent together, creating memories they will carry with them forever.

Terry had a special place in her heart for animals and adored her grand-dogs, Deeks, Augie, Lily, and Dakota, as well as her great-grand-dogs, Theodore, Maverick, Emma, Oliver, and Luna. They brought her endless companionship, laughter, and joy. She enjoyed reading, crocheting, and all of the activities at Meadowcrest.

Terry is survived by her loving children, Holly Ulakovic and Brenda (Chris) Samios; her sister, Linda (Terri) Castor; her brother, Ron (Jane) Castor; and her cherished grandchildren, Zachary (Nicole) Ulakovic, Sarah (Tim) Ulakovic, Hannah (Caleb) Smith, Veronica (Danny) Halapin, and Venessa Samios.

Terry will be remembered for the love she shared with her family and the special place she held in the lives of those who knew her. Her memory will live on through the many people and four-legged companions who were fortunate enough to be loved by her.

A Celebration of Terry’s Life will be held at a later date. Arrangements were entrusted to Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care, McMurray, PA.
