Toby Blake Donley

Toby Blake Donley, 22, of West Finley, Pennsylvania, passed away on June 2, 2026. 

He was born on January 13, 2004, in Washington, Pennsylvania. 

Toby was a beloved son, brother, uncle, and friend whose presence brought joy and laughter to those who knew him. He will be remembered for the memories he created with family and friends and for the love he shared throughout his life. 

Toby was preceded in death by his grandfather, Albert Donley; and his grandmothers, Rose Donley and Mary Welling, who welcomed him into eternal rest. 

He is survived by his father and stepmother, Albert and Dawn Donley; his mother, Mary Jo Petrie; sisters, Samantha Haynes, Jasmine Donley (Dyland Waddell), Jessice (Matthew Stephens), Sabrina (Ryan) Simpsons, and Sabrina (Darren) Allum; brothers, Jon Donley, Albert Donley, and Isaac (Ashley) Efaw; grandfather, Charlie Welling, grandmother, Candy Wyckoff, and many nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles, cousins, additional family members, and friends, all of whom will cherish his memory. 

Toby enjoyed hunting and fishing with his dad, showing off his car, and spending time with his nieces and nephews. Though his time with us was far too short, Toby’s memory will live in the hearts of all who love him. 

His family finds comfort in the love he shared and the lasting impact he made on those around him. 

Friends and family are invited to gather in remembrance of Toby and celebrate his life. Memorial service arrangements will be announced by his family at a later date. 

Toby is forever loved, deeply missed, and never forgotten.
