Travis Kelly

Travis Kelly, age 41, of Hickory formerly of Bethel Park passed away unexpectedly in his sleep on June 2, 2024.

Born on August 12, 1982, he was the loving son of Susan (the late Lloyd) Hyde and Gregory (Ellen) Kelly.

Beloved husband of Janelle Ross Kelly; loving father of Gwendolyn and James Kelly; dear brother of Stacy Schmitz and Heather Kelly (Shayne) Clarey; cat dad of Peanut, Butters and Jackie; also survived by a large extended family.

Travis’s favorite things as a child was BMX and cars. He was never one for organized sports, but he was very competitive.  He was very passionate about Star Trek and his favorite holiday was Halloween. When it came to electronics, he was a genius, he would be able to fix anything. Currently, he was into playing video games. He will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.

Family and friends are welcome on Thursday, June 6, 2024 and Friday, June 7, 2024 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care, 3287 Washington Rd., McMurray, PA 15317, 724-260-5546. A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 8, 2024 at 11 am at the funeral home.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made directly to the family for his children’s college fund.
