Walter “Wally” F. Willig II

Walter “Wally” F. Willig, II, age 52 of Bridgeville, passed away unexpectedly on Sunday, June 9, 2019. He was born in Pittsburgh, the son of the late Walter F. and Mary A. Lockard Willig. He is survived by his sisters, Kimberly (Walter) Murray of Gilbert, AZ, Kristine (Eric) Gloeckl of Pleasant Hills, Mary Beth Payne of Brentwood; life-long friend James (Michelle) L. Woeber of Bethel Park; also many nieces and nephews and kind hearted friends. He was a member of the Yugoslav Club in Bethel Park and the Carnegie Fireman’s Club.

A celebration of life for Wally will be held at the Yugoslav Club, 5225 North Pennsylvania Avenue, Bethel Park, PA 15102, on Sunday, July 28, 2019 from 3 PM – 7 PM. I still laugh when I remember you helping me decorate the bar for New Years Eve. You stood on the bar and didn’t have to duck your head under the beams. So many good memories. What a great guy you were. You will for sure be missed. I hope you are at peace. Watch over us little buddy.
