Wayne Hufnagel age 77, of Mount Lebanon, formerly of Robinson Township, passed peacefully, surrounded by his wife and family on August 16, 2020. He was born on September 23, 1942 to the late Paul and June Hufnagel. Wayne was a plumber with Plumbers Union Local #27 for over 50 years. He is survived by his beloved wife of 57 years, Carol Manna Hufnagel. Wayne will be remembered as a loving father to Lisa Shaner and Lori (Rodney) Beck, as well as a treasured grandfather to Brandon (Madison) Volkman, Alexander Volkman, Karissa Shaner, Kolin Shaner, and great grandchild, Maximilian Volkman. Brother of the late Paul (Tia) Hufnagel, David (Joyce) Hufnagel, Rene (David) Krepps, and Michael Hufnagel. Brother-in-law of Antoinette Larnino and Dan (Johnna) Manna. Wayne really enjoyed riding motorcycles and watching Steelers football games, but the highlight of his life was spending quality time with and helping all of his family and many friends. He never let his Parkinson’s disease change his positive outlook on life. No matter when he was asked how he was, his reply was always, “Terrific!”. He will be sadly missed by all who loved him. In order to avoid putting anyone at risk of COVID, there will be no public viewing or service. In lieu of flowers, feel free to share a favorite memory of Wayne at waynesmemories1942@gmail.com. Arrangements were entrusted to Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care, Robinson Township, PA www.PittsburghCremation.com.

Wayne has been a lifelong and dear friend that we have had many good times with. We went on trips and parties with a group of friends. Fred always called him my hero because he dealt with many health issues and always had a positive attitude and said he was terrific. WE will miss him greatly. Sincere sympathy to his wife and family.

Carol, Wayne will be greatly missed by us. He was a great man with a "terrific" attitude. We had some fun times with our Friends' Club outings, playing cards, getaway weekends, etc. Our sympathy to you and your family. Michaeline and Russ
