Ganter, Jr. passed on Friday, December 15, 2017, of Robinson Township formerly of Carnegie, Age 85, Beloved husband of the late Dolores (Hartman) Ganter; Father of Connie (Dan) Toole and Carolyn Glad; Grandfather of Danielle (Scott) Sanford, Jonathan Toole, Adam (Andrea Eiser) Toole, Aaron Glad and Joshua Glad; Great-Grandfather of Jack and Max Sanford, Evelyn Toole and Anthony Glad; Son of the later William Sr. and Anna (Schaefer) Ganter; Brother of Mary Nee and Louise Moik; Son-in-Law of the late Frank and Mary Hartman. Bill was a Korean War Veteran. Friends received Tuesday, December 19, 2017 from 9:00 – 11:30am at the Jospeh M. Somma Funeral Home 5405 Steubenville Pike Robinson Township, PA 15136 followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at Holy Trinity Church at 12:00pm. Interment to follow in Chartiers Cemetery.
