William Lee Carter Sr.

William Lee Carter Sr., age 62, of Canonsburg passed away peacefully on January 20, 2020.

Born on December 7, 1957, he was the son of the late Ruth Ann Green Gamble and Donald F. Carter.

Loving father of William Lee Carter II and RuthAnn Elizabeth Carter; step father of Geoffrey, Maeghan, and Jarrod Curry; grandfather of Jayce and Brooke Dimirack; dear brother of Robin, Gerald, John David, Sandra, Charlotte “DD,” the late Carol and Joseph; also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Bill was an avid outdoorsman who enjoyed hunting, fishing and camping.  Most of all he enjoyed spending time with his children.

A celebration of life will be held February 1, 2020 at 1:00 pm Burgettstown Kid’s Center, 1507 S. Main St., Burgettstown, PA 15021.
