Eleanor Bury-Ruffolo, age 75 of Washington, PA passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 7, 2017. Born on March 1942, she was the daughter of the late Mary and John Mangin. Beloved wife to the late Joseph Ruffolo and George “Sonny” Bury. Loving mother to Christopher M. (Heidi) Bury, Shelley (Tony) Knight. Dear step-mother to Nick Ruffolo, Donna (Jody) Ruffolo Scott and Danita McKnight. Cherished grandmother of Emily Nicolella, Kiana Knight and Briana Knight, and Michael and Sydney Bury. Dear sister to James (Dale) Mangin, Carole Dietz, and Rita (Robert) Marra. Eleanor was also survived by many step-grandchildren and step-great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her brother John and her brother-in-law John Dietz.

Eleanor was a member of the Catholic Daughters and Red Hats and she was a volunteer at the Washington County Health Center. She enjoyed going to shows and bus trips. Eleanor donated her time to many churches and she will be dearly missed.

A gathering of family and friends will take place on Monday, December 11, 2017 from 3 PM to the time of the service at 6 PM at Cremation and Funeral Care, 3287 Washington Road, McMurray, PA 15317, (724) 260-5546.
