Frank Gianino, Jr., age 56, of Robinson Township, PA, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, June 5, 2023. Born on May 4, 1967 in Pittsburgh, he is the son of the late Frank Sr. and Nadine (Sikora) Gianino. Beloved husband of Colleen (Butler) Gianino; loving father of Jake Anthony Gianino; and cherished brother of Wendy Puskar.

Frank was the very definition of selfless and was always the first person to lend a helping hand.  It didn’t matter who it was, where, or what it involved, you could always count on Frank.  Frank spent his entire life, prioritizing other’s needs, well before his own. His dedication to protect his community and make a difference, inspired him to become a Robinson Township Police Officer. After 28 years of exemplary service, Frank retired in 2020 and was looking forward to enjoying his retirement with his beloved wife at their West Virginia property.

Frank lived life to the fullest and was truly fearless.  This was apparent, not only in the profession he chose, but in everything he did.  He was a true daredevil and could frequently be found riding one of his motorcycles, off-roading, or engaging in some other slightly terrifying recreational activity. Frank did everything with honesty and integrity.  He was well-liked by everyone, and had such incredible patience and positivity, he was often seen as the rock everyone leaned on.

Family and friends will gather for a visitation on Thursday, June 8, 2023 from 4:00-8:00pm at Pittsburgh Cremation and Funeral Care 5405 Steubenville Pike Robinson Township, PA 15136.
