GEORGE PAUL MORIN
December 30, 1930 – July 17, 2021
Age 90, of Mt. Lebanon, passed peacefully, surrounded by his family. He was the beloved husband of Katherine; loving father of Stephen (Rocio) and Georganne (Icaro). Proud grandfather of Samuel, Rio, Zaila and Kieran. George was predeceded in death by his parents, George and Elizabeth, and his sister, Jean.
Born December 30, 1930, in Ayer, MA. George graduated from St. Anselm College in Manchester, NH before enlisting in the US Army to serve his country in the Korean War. After his honorable discharge, George earned a law degree at Boston College Law School in Boston, MA. He then spent his entire law career as an Administrative Law Judge for the Federal Government, initially for the Interstate Commerce Commission and later for the Department of Labor. Following his retirement in 1998, George pursued his passions which included biking, hiking and reading. He could often be found browsing the bookshelves at the Mt. Lebanon Library.
At his request, no services will be held. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Legion, George J. Morin Post 183, 8 Church Street Shirley, MA 01464.
