Jacqueline C. Maxwell, age 76, of McMurray, passed away unexpectedly on April 30, 2024.

Jackie was born in Pittsburgh, PA , on June 17, 1947, to the late Audrey and John Jeskey Sr.

Beloved wife of the late Bruce Maxwell Sr., loving mother to Bruce Maxwell Jr. and Connie (Jeff) Lewis, cherished grandmother to Ashley Lewis, Paige Lewis, Carly Maxwell, and Abby Maxwell, dear sister to John Jeskey Jr. and adoring fur mom to her black labs.

Jackie was preceded in death by her sister Deborah Zigo.

Jackie was a devout catholic and lifelong member of St. Benedict the Abbott, St. John XXIII Parish, who put her faith at the foundation of her life. In her free time Jackie was an amazing cook and baker who spoiled her family with many of her special recipes, especially her “Nanny” cookies. Jackie was a loving mother and grandmother who put her grandchildren at the center of her universe. She will be truly missed by all who knew and loved her.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Thursday May 9, 2024 from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm at Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care, 3287 Washington Road, McMurray, PA 15317. A funeral service will be held on Friday May 10, 2024 at 10:30 am at St. Benedict the Abbot Church, St. John XXIII Parish, 120 Abington Drive, McMurray, PA 15317. Please everyone meet at the church.

Our hearts are aching. We have lost a beautiful person. We feel honored to call her family and our friend. She will be missed by so many as she touched so many lives in so many ways.
