Scott James Suehr, age 58 of Center Township, passed on Saturday, June 22, 2019. He was born in Pittsburgh, the son of Harry (the late Juanita) Suehr of Robinson Township. Beloved husband of Vicki L. Suehr, brother of Harry (Marilyn) Suehr, Philip Suehr, Sean Suehr, Erik (Sandra Stachtiaris) Suehr, and the late Amy Suehr; devoted uncle to Cheyenne, Hunter and Tanner, and many other nieces and nephews.

Scott was drafted by the California Angels baseball team in 1982 and played professional baseball for five years. He was an avid sports fan and especially loved the Steelers. His biggest love was his family.

Family and friends will be received on Tuesday, June 25 from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care, 5405 Steubenville Pike, Robinson Township, PA 15244. Mass will be held on Wednesday, 10 am at Holy Trinity Church, 5718 Steubenville Pike, McKees Rocks, PA 15136. Burial will follow. One of the joys of my life was to know Scott. How fortunate we all were to have him touch our lives. It is with great sorrow, I will say, so long and wait to see him again. My sincere condolences to all of our family. He made us see who we could be. His love for us all was genuine and appreciated beyond measure.

Thank you for being a good uncle to Sean Shane & Shayla. You were always a great brother in law to me. I'm gonna miss you saying to the kids "Scott is great he feeds me chocolate cake!" You will live on in all of our memories..there are so many to share..so you will live on like the "sunshine". Now you can go and boss Juanita, Amy & Rhonda around ????...love ya bro..you will be missed????????

I'm sorry to hear this news, Scott and I were rookies together in 1982 for the California Angels. He was a good guy, good teammate ...always with a smile. Rest in peace old friend...
