Lorraine Kriger

Lorraine “Lolly” Kriger, 89, of Robinson Township, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 19, 2023. She joins her late husband and best friend Bernard “Bope” Kriger, her parents John and Anna Pintar and beloved son Bernie. She is the loving mother of David Kriger and the late Bernie (Linda) Kriger; cherished sister of Cindy (Ronald) Howe and beloved grandmother of Nikki (Geoff) Metts, Melissa (James) Dixon, Holly (Mike) Fisher, Laura (Brandon) Kriger, and David “Butchy” (Hailey) Kriger. She is also survived by 8 loving great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.

Lorraine worked 30 years for Gulf Oil Corp. on Neville Island. She was a member of the Robinson Township AARP Association for many years. Lolly loved playing Bingo, going to the casino and watching her beloved Pirates. She spent many days and nights watching and cheering on  her children and grandchildren during their sporting events.  She also enjoyed nature views, especially flowers and birds and was a supporter of the Boy Scouts.

Friends are welcome on Wednesday, May 24, 2023, from 2-4 and 6-8 pm at Pittsburgh Cremation & Funeral Care, 5405 Steubenville Pike, Robinson Township, PA 15136, (412) 787-1800. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, May 25th, at 10:00 am at Archangel Gabriel Parish, Holy Trinity Church, 5718 Steubenville Pike, McKees Rocks, PA 15136. Entombment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery, Coraopolis, PA. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Montour/Robinson Township AARP No. 4820:  Senior Center, 5000 Leona Lane, Coraopolis, PA 15108-3372.
