Diane Mary White, age 64, of Pittsburgh, PA passed away peacefully on August 10, 2023.

Beloved wife of 42 years to William White Sr.

Born on September 27, 1958 in Pittsburgh, PA, she is the daughter of the late William and Helen Dawson.

Loving mother of William (Shannon Rusk) White Jr., Amanda (Peter) Olszowy. Sister of Alfred Dawson, William Dawson Jr., Richard Dawson, and Angela (Steve) Fekete. Cherished grandma of Molly Olszowy and Emma Lee Olszowy. Aunt of Josie Eber. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

Diane was a very kind person, always wanting to support anyone in need. She loved to spend time with her family. She will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved her.

A gathering of friends and family is set to be held on Sunday, August 13, 2023 from 11-3 at Pittsburgh Cremation and Funeral Care, 3287 Washington Road, McMurray PA 15317.

We are all deeply saddened by the passing of Diane. Her infectious giggle will be sorely missed. Whether in the salon or the bank,she would light up while she showed her pictures of the grandkids,a pup,or family. May the fond memories give some comfort to the family during this difficult time. I am truly hurt and deeply saddened to hear of Diane’s passing, I worked with her at PNC for some years and she became a 2nd mom to me and our other co-workers. She will be more than missed by all who encountered her and will be forever remembered for her smile, her many witty comments and jokes, and her laughter but most of all her big heart and many genuine and generous ways to always want to express love towards others. Words truly can’t express the way she has impacted my life personally. To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord so take comfort in knowing she is resting in the savior free from cares of this world. Rest in the savior Diane you will be truly missed!
