Hearing stories of how Gene loved her family and was such a giving person, I feel I know her a little. She evidently was way ahead of her time as it is very impressive to be a Marine and a pilot and inducted into the Women’s National Aerospace Museum! My sympathy and prayers to Howard and Jeanne and all of Gene’s family.

So very sorry for the passing of Gene. My condolences to her entire family. She definitely was one of a kind. A true free spirit, who loved her family and her dogs. I’m so thankful that Ian gave me the opportunity to see her again in recent years. She was so delightful,it was like time had never passed. She knew she was loved and will be missed by many. Gone to her spiritual home but never forgotten.
