Dear Herman Sr. and Joan Usselman, Thank you for giving my direct family one of the best gifts we could’ve ever asked for, a Father, a Father-In Law/Best Friend and a Papa. Joseph has raised me/Jocelyn as his own since day one. Joseph taught me how to ride a bike, body surf in the ocean, roll a bowling ball, swing a softball bat, tried to teach me how to catch a softball & drive a car, wiped the tears off of my eyes when I got hurt or my heart was broken, to stand up tall & be brave, gave me a baby sister, and I could list many more things that my Dad taught or gave me as I was growing, the most important is he’s still here guiding me today. My Dad has always been my center, my go to person, my voice of reason and most importantly the person who has told me no. These more than wonderful qualities about my Dad, I thank you both for giving him. You’ll be both be proud of him as you rest in peace and watch over of the amazing family man he is and always will be. We’re sending our deepest condolences to all. Love the Goodhue Family, Jay, Jocelyn, Colby, Jacob & Nathan. Haverhill, MA
