Michael McArdle, age 58, of Follansbee, WV and formerly of Pittsburgh, PA, passed away peacefully on Monday, September 25, 2023. Beloved husband of Jessica (Benton) McArdle; son of the late Gerald and Sandra McArdle; brother of Keith (Kris) McArdle; uncle of Avani and Ravi Kumar, Anthony and Jennifer McArdle, Rowan and Alora Kelley; son-in-law of Gary and Barbara Parsons; and dear friend of Nancy Weber.

Mike was an avid hockey fan. He enjoyed going to the casinos, antiquing, and traveling. Mike loved playing his weekly D & D game with friends. He was also known to cook and savor his favorite Italian foods. Memories of Mike will be cherished forever and his shining spirit will be truly missed by all of his family and friends.

Mike, I didn’t know you very well but I was a very good friend to your wife Jessica. I know that she loved you very much and she is an awesome person so I can only assume you were too. My condolences to you and Jessica. I love you.

Very sad to hear of the passing. Uncle Mic was family growing up. And best friend to my dad. Reconnecting with him and having his help in dealing with the passing of my own father is something I can not thank him enough for. I think of him during every penguin game or rush song. I will miss him dearly.

Mike was a good friend and neighbor. I can never seem to find the right words at a time like this. Mike will be missed.
