Michael Freely

Michael Freely, age 46, of Venetia, PA, formerly of Chester, NY, passed away on  Monday, January 28, 2013, after a courageous battle with cancer.  Michael was born on April 12, 1966, and is the son of Kevin and the late Johnnie Freely. He is the loving husband of Desha Smith Freely; cherished father of Brendan, Connor, and Aubree Freely; brother of Jennifer (Frank) Saladino and Nancy (Greg) Hoover;  beloved uncle.  Michael cherished the time he got to spend with his children, he enjoyed the moments when he was able to watch them play sports.  He and his wife, Desha, shared a vacation home in Wisconsin where they enjoyed many wonderful experiences there together.  Michael loved the outdoors and his favorite passions included fishing, golfing, horseback riding, and four-wheeling.  For 20 years Michael dedicated himself working as Director of Analysis at DeWolff, Boberg, & Associates.  His career gave him the opportunity to develop many lifelong relationships with his colleagues, travel, enjoy new experiences, and continuously develop his skills.  He will be greatly missed by those who had the fortune of knowing him. 

Relatives and friends are welcome to attend visitation at Cremation & Funeral Care by Danielle Andy Belusko, 3287 Washington Rd. McMurray, PA 15317, (724) 260-5546 on Saturday, February 2, 2013 from 10:00 AM until time of service at 12:00PM. 

Additional services will be held in Rice Lake, Wisconsin at Appleyards Funeral Home on February 9, 2013 from 12:00 PM-2:00 PM.

 In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Freely Education Fund  at PNC Bank of McMurray,  3850 Washington Road McMurray, PA 15317.
